You are going to have EVERYTHING you need to make sourdough after taking this class. You'll go home with hands-on knowledge, a live active starter, dough you made with me and the ability to bake a loaf right there. After your class you still won't be alone. You'll be a part of a club of previous students, as well as have a way to communicate with Ashley to ask all your sourdough questions.
Great question! I do ask for a $100 non-refundable set up fee to hold your spot. In addition to this, there will be a charge of $50 per person that is going to be in attendance. This will cover the supplies brought to the class and the time spent with Ashley, your instructor.
All that you need to bring will be a bag of "unbleached" all purpose or bread flour (will need about 600 grams per person), two mixing bowls and two dish towels.
